Bo Cerup-Simonsen

Bo Cerup-Simonsen holds a  Ph.D. degree from the Technical University of Denmark .

Until 2003 he worked as an Associate Professor at the Naval Architecture Department at the Technical University of Denmark . In 2003 Cerup-Simonsen joined Det Norske Veritas and from 2004 to 2007 he was leading Maritime Technical Consultancy, the unit responsible for delivering technical consultancy services to the maritime industry, as well as performing a large part of the internal research and development in DNV Maritime. 

From 2008, Cerup-Simonsen has been Vice President, Head of Engineering and Projects in A.P. Moller Maersk, responsible for ship newbuilding, technical services, innovation and regulatory affairs for the A.P. Moller Maersk fleet.
